Over the next few weeks we will be migrating the Very3 Help Desk and support ticketing system from Freshdesk over to Zoho Desk. Freshdesk is a great product and we highly recommend it; we're simply wanting a little tighter integration with our existing Zoho Mail and Zoho Docs services. We want to thank the Freshdesk folks for the wonderful help they've given us through the years. We're also pretty stoked over our new relationship with Zoho Desk so it's kinda bittersweet.
Very3 clients should start using the new support ticketing system at https://support.very3.net and/or the new support email target at firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to update those contacts and bookmarks.
We've already migrated the knowledge base and help sections but you will need to recreate your help desk accounts... Sorry 'bout that. All Very3 Client Bolt-on Handler Plugins have been updated so the green "Very3 Support" tab in your admin panel now uses the new Zoho Desk widget so yeah, you're good to go.
